This site began life as my doctoral e-portfolio, but is now serving as a data and analytics tips/tricks/resources page. I am currently the director of institutional research of Oxford College of Emory University, a two-year liberal arts-intensive branch campus of Emory University where high-achieving students can spend the first two years of their undergraduate experience at a world-class research university in a close-knit community with an emphasis on student leadership development. In addition to serving as a program assessment and evaluation consultant to faculty, and providing strategic analysis to campus leadership, I also supervise, mentor, and train student researchers. This blog is intended to be a collaborative enterprise for sharing data analysis and visualization tips and training resources, as well as highlighting any data vizs we particularly like. In other words, documenting our ongoing learning and sharing with others of like minds!
